**Job title**
Solutions Engineer
**Role Summary**
Provide technical expertise and solution design for customers in the OT/ICS cybersecurity space. Drive the pre‑sales process from discovery to deployment by delivering customized demonstrations, PoCs, and architectural proposals that align with customer needs and business objectives.
**Expectations**
- Serve as the primary technical liaison between sales, customers, and product teams.
- Deliver measurable ROI and value through PoCs, demos, and proposals.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to incorporate market feedback into product road‑map.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Conduct technical discovery with prospects to understand OT/ICS security challenges and requirements.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations and technical presentations to engineering and executive audiences.
• Plan, execute, and document Proof‑of‑Concepts, presenting ROI to stakeholders.
• Architect Claroty solutions, including integrations with IT security stacks (SIEM, firewalls, asset management).
• Respond to technical sections of RFPs/RFIs and other customer questionnaires.
• Provide market and threat intelligence to product and engineering teams.
• Represent Claroty at conferences, webinars, and industry events, creating technical content.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
**Required Skills**
• 3+ years in sales engineering, solutions architecture, or similar roles in cybersecurity, industrial automation, or networking.
• Deep knowledge of TCP/IP, UDP, and networking protocols.
• Strong grasp of cybersecurity fundamentals (firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, vulnerability management).
• Experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper‑V) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to explain complex topics to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Proficient problem‑solving, analytical thinking, and project management.
• Willingness to travel 10‑20% of the time.
**Required Education & Certifications**
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
• Industry security certifications such as CISSP, GICSP, CCNA are a strong plus.

• Proficiency in industrial protocols (Modbus, IEC 61850, DNP3, Ethernet/IP, Profinet).
• Familiarity with DCS, PLC, SCADA vendors (Siemens, Rockwell, Emerson, GE).
