Job Description
**Job Title** Service Contract Coordinator (Fixed Term Contract) **Role Summary** Manage end‑to‑end service contracts for a global communications solutions provider. Responsibilities include pricing calculation, proposal preparation, renewal tracking, compliance monitoring, and coordination with internal stakeholders. The role operates independently, meets deadlines, and supports a global service contract portfolio until April 2027. **Expectations** - Own tasks from inception to completion. - Adhere to deadlines and maintain high accuracy. - Communicate effectively with clients, account managers, helpdesk, and service managers. - Balance multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands. **Key Responsibilities** - Calculate service contract pricing and draft client‑facing proposals. - Track and quote renewals of existing maintenance contracts, delivering proposals to clients. - Update and maintain tracking reports and client folders with current contract data. - Monitor email for new installation or support uplift requests and pricing queries. - Ensure compliance with service contract terms by monitoring client communications. - Liaise with account managers to follow up on issued quotes and report status. - Coordinate with global helpdesk and service managers on pricing and contract queries. - Collaborate with international service contract coordinators to support global operations. **Required Skills** - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Strong written and verbal communication. - Self‑starter who works independently and meets deadlines. - Excellent time‑management and prioritization. - High attention to detail. - Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. - 2–3 years of experience in a service contract or related support role (preferred). - Experience with internal company systems and CRM platforms; Salesforce knowledge is a plus. ---
