Partner cross-functionally to shape product strategy and foster data-driven decision-making. **Expectations:** - 5+ years in data science, product analytics, or quantitative roles. - Proficiency in translating ambiguous business questions into structured analyses and actionable insights. - Strong collaboration across product, engineering, and marketing teams to inform strategy and experimentation. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Collaborate with product and marketing teams to define metrics and guide product/growth strategy. 2. Design and analyze A/B tests and experiments to optimize product outcomes. 3. Develop dashboards, reporting pipelines, and monitoring tools for data-driven decision-making. 4. Analyze user behavior to identify opportunities for product innovation. 5.
