**Job Title**
Web Integration Designer (Web Integrator)
**Role Summary**
Translate design mock‑ups into pixel‑perfect, responsive web pages using HTML, CSS (Tailwind preferred) with basic PHP and JavaScript. Ensure visual consistency, performance, and accessibility, while collaborating with designers, developers, and product teams to iterate improvements.
**Expectations**
- Deliver clean, mobile‑first interfaces that match design specifications.
- Maintain design integrity, accessibility, and performance across browsers and devices.
- Update and optimize existing sites to incorporate new technologies and design trends.
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently, communicate status and challenges clearly.
- Support continuous improvement through user‑feedback, analytics, and trend research.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Implement HTML/CSS layouts (Tailwind) from wireframes and style guides.
- Add PHP and JavaScript where required for dynamic content and interactivity.
- Build responsive, mobile‑first design frameworks.
- Optimize front‑end performance (rendering, load times, image handling).
- Ensure compatibility with major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and platforms (desktop, tablet, mobile).
- Apply visual enhancements (images, icons, videos) while preserving file size and load speed.
- Maintain and update pages according to new design, feature, or technical requirements.
- Conduct cross‑browser testing and resolve rendering issues.
- Keep abreast of front‑end, UI/UX, and design trends; suggest improvements.
- Coordinate effectively with designers, backend developers, and product managers.
**Required Skills**
- Solid proficiency in HTML, CSS (Tailwind experience a plus).
- Basic JavaScript and PHP knowledge.
- Strong visual sense: color theory, composition, and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with WCAG accessibility guidelines and best practices.
- Responsive and mobile‑first design principles.
- Performance optimization and cross‑browser testing.

**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Web Development, UI/UX Design, or related field, **or** equivalent practical experience (e.g., internships, entry‑level roles).
