Head of Product Network
**Role Summary**
Lead the Network Products function, shaping and executing the vision for a portfolio that includes VPC, Load Balancer, VPN, CDN, and edge services. Manage a squad of senior Product Managers and a Product Marketing Manager, align product strategy with engineering, and drive cross‑functional collaboration to deliver scalable, secure network services.

- Maintain alignment with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations to ensure timely feature launches and consistent customer experience.
- Represent the product function to internal stakeholders and external partners, driving collaboration and partnership success.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Define and iterate the product vision and strategy for Network Products.
- Coach, mentor, and evaluate senior and intermediate Product Managers.
- Prioritize and plan multi‑stream roadmaps, ensuring on‑time delivery and scalability.
- Co‑operate with engineering to resolve delivery challenges and secure technical viability.
- Partner with the Head of Engineering Network to synchronize roadmaps.
- Engage with external partners (e.g., Colt, OBS, France Connect, Megaport) for integrations and service enhancements.
- Collaborate with Design, Marketing, Sales, and Operations on launch plans, feature tiers, and regional rollouts.
- Define, track, and report on key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.
- Anticipate market trends and identify new opportunities to expand the network product portfolio.
**Required Skills**
_Hard Skills:_
- 10+ years in product management with proven team leadership.
- Deep expertise in networking products: VPC, load balancing, connectivity, network security, CDN, edge services.
- Technical background in networking or cloud engineering.
- Proficiency with product tools (JIRA, Confluence) and data‑driven decision making.
_Soft Skills:_
- Strong leadership and coaching capabilities for senior PMs.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to balance long‑term vision and short‑term execution.
- Assertive, collaborative communicator with cross‑functional relationship building.
- Ability to represent the product team internally and externally with confidence.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (preferred).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, GCP Professional Cloud Architect, or networking credentials such as CCNP) are advantageous but not mandatory.
