**Job title**
Senior eCommerce National Account Manager – TikTok Shop
**Role Summary**
Own the commercial strategy and day‑to‑day performance for CPD brands (L’Oréal Paris, Garnier, Maybelline, Nyx) on TikTok Shop. Lead pricing, promotions, bundling, merchandising and forecasting to drive GMV, margin and operational profitability, while integrating creator content and collaborating cross‑functionally across marketing, supply chain, finance and legal.
**Expectations**
* Deliver consistent growth in GMV and profit margins for all CPD brands.
* Maintain optimal inventory levels and mitigate stockout or obsolescence risks.
* Provide data‑driven insights and reporting to senior leadership.
* Build and execute trend‑based trading playbooks for peak sales periods.
* Foster strong partnership with the Affiliate team to translate creator performance into commercial actions.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage daily, weekly and monthly commercial performance for all CPD brands on TikTok Shop.
- Develop and adjust pricing, promotion, bundling and product sequencing strategies to maximise revenue and margin.
- Monitor live trading data, respond quickly to creator trends, viral content, platform mechanics and campaign milestones.
- Own P&L from units to revenue to GP% to operational profit, including promotion spend and affiliate costs.
- Construct accurate SKU‑level forecasts using real‑time signals, creator activation plans and stock availability.
- Work with Demand Planning, Supply Chain and Finance to ensure optimal stock cover.
- Lead end‑to‑end merchandising of the TikTok Shop storefront: PDP accuracy, SEO, shop layout, thumbnails, conversion assets.
- Champion CRO initiatives and ensure brand consistency across the digital shelf.
- Identify white‑space opportunities: pricing tests, assortment optimisation, new mechanics.
- Create trading playbooks for high‑profile events (Super Brand Days, Black Friday, Mega Sale).
- Align creator content with commercial goals, translating performance into SKU prioritisation, price moves and bundling.
- Present insights and commercial deep dives to divisional and cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Oversee new product launches, ensuring readiness in data, pricing, merchandising and stock.
- Maintain relationships with TikTok Shop platform teams and fulfillment partners.
**Required Skills**
- Proven experience in e-commerce trading, marketplace management or D2C operations (Amazon 3P, Shopify, retailer.com).
- Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel (modeling, dashboards).
- Expertise in pricing, promotion, stock flow and digital merchandising to optimise conversion.
- P&L ownership and financial acumen.
- Ability to make rapid, data‑driven decisions in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Organized, prioritised and disciplined execution.
- Creative, entrepreneurial mindset and strong problem‑solving skills.

**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain or related discipline.
- No specific certifications required, though experience with e‑commerce analytics tools is advantageous.
