Job title: Business Manager – Data & AI Role Summary: Lead business development, client relationship management, and team leadership for a high‑growth data and AI consulting practice. Own the entire sales cycle and the profit‑and‑loss (P&L) of the business unit, while building and developing a specialized consulting team. Expectations: - Achieve and exceed revenue targets and contractual growth objectives. - Expand and sustain a high‑quality client portfolio. - Deliver data‑ and AI‑focused solutions that meet strategic client needs. - Drive profitability and operational excellence within the unit’s P&L. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, qualify, and close commercial opportunities with strategic prospects. - Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pre‑sales, negotiation, and contract closure. - Build and nurture a durable client base and ensure satisfaction. - Recruit, onboard, and manage a team of data & AI consultants. - Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and promote the firm’s culture. - Track and report financial performance; optimize unit profitability. - Contribute to strategic growth decisions and operational planning.
