Job Description
Job title: Talent Acquisition Specialist (Internship) Role Summary: Partner with the Sales team to identify, attract, and secure top-tier Data & AI talent for full‑time roles. Manage end‑to‑end recruitment cycles, maintain a strong candidate pipeline, and support employer branding and onboarding initiatives to foster a high‑performing, engaged community. Expectations: Deliver measurable recruitment outcomes (time‑to‑hire, quality of hire), act as a proactive business partner for Sales, and contribute to the company's growth trajectory through strategic talent acquisition and community engagement. Key Responsibilities: - Design and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies (job boards, LinkedIn, direct headhunting, networking). - Draft compelling job adverts and collaborate with Sales to understand hiring needs. - Conduct pre‑qualification calls, structured interviews, and candidate assessments. - Coordinate offer negotiations, candidate follow‑up, and contract signing. - Track and report recruitment metrics to Operations & Performance. - Facilitate high‑quality onboarding for new consultants. - Organize internal events (afterworks, tech talks, training) with HR to enhance employer brand and retention. Required Skills: - Strong direct‑sourcing expertise and experience with LinkedIn Recruiter. - Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills. - Ability to manage multiple recruiting pipelines simultaneously. - Leadership potential and natural relationship‑building aptitude. - Result‑oriented mindset, disciplined, and highly organized. Required Education & Certifications: - Final year Master’s student in Business, HR, or related discipline. - Preference for candidates with internship experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
