Align and enforce GPS standards with strategic objectives. 2. Coach and train production team members on GPS and Lean tools. 3. Lead continuous‑improvement projects using DMAIC, 5S, OEE, VSM, and visual management. 4. Assist in deploying and optimizing performance‑tracking digital tools. 5. Provide analytical reports and dashboards to monitor project progress. 6. Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and proactive problem solving. **Required Skills** - Fluency in French (written & oral). - Advanced Excel, Power BI, Power Apps, Microsoft Project, Minitab; experience with R is a plus. - Strong project management and prioritisation skills. - Lean Six Sigma methodology knowledge; Orange‑belt/Green‑belt certification preferred. - Excellent communication, influence, and teamwork capabilities. - Analytical mindset with problem‑solving drive. **Required Education & Certifications** - Current student pursuing or holding a Bachelor/Master in Production, Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or Project Management from a recognized European institution. - Certification: Orange‑belt or Green‑belt (advantage). - Knowledge of bulk pharmaceutical production is a plus.
