Job Description
**Job Title:** Interim PMO Lead – ERP Implementation **Role Summary:** Seasoned PMO professional to establish and run the Project Management Office for a large‑scale ERP implementation. Responsible for governance, reporting, risk and issue management, and ensuring alignment among sponsors, stakeholders, and delivery teams throughout a 12‑month programme. **Expectations:** - Deliver a fully operational PMO framework on schedule. - Provide accurate, data‑driven insights to support senior‑level decision making. - Maintain rigorous RAID and milestone tracking across multiple workstreams. - Ensure vendor performance meets contractual timelines and outcomes. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Design, implement, and manage the PMO structure and processes for the ERP programme. 2. Produce regular governance reports, dashboards, and assurance documents. 3. Lead programme planning, schedule coordination, and milestone monitoring. 4. Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues; manage dependencies across the roadmap. 5. Facilitate communication and alignment between project sponsors, stakeholders, and delivery teams. 6. Support programme leadership with analytical insights for strategic decisions. 7. Oversee vendor delivery, ensuring compliance with agreed timelines and deliverables. **Required Skills:** - Proven PMO leadership on large ERP or transformation programmes. - Strong governance, reporting, and stakeholder management abilities. - Expertise in RAID management, programme scheduling, and milestone tracking. - Excellent analytical, detail‑orientation, and problem‑solving skills. - Experience influencing senior leadership and driving programme outcomes. - Ability to manage complex, multi‑year project dependencies and risks. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Recognised project management certification preferred (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, MSP).
