**Job Title**
QSE Manager (Health, Safety & Environment)
**Role Summary**
Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company’s Safety, Environment, and Quality (QSE) policy, ensuring regulatory compliance and fostering a culture of risk awareness across all operational levels.
**Expectations**
- Minimum 5 years in an industrial QSE/HSSE role.
- Proven experience managing safety procedures, quality systems, and environmental programs.
- Strong field presence, excellent communication, and persuasive leadership skills.
- Analytical mindset, organized, proactive, and able to propose and drive improvements.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Define, enact, and promote the Health & Safety policy; perform risk identification, DUERP, job‑site analyses; develop corrective plans.
- Ensure full compliance with occupational health and safety regulations; conduct hazard inspections and record incident data.
- Lead the creation and maintenance of a quality management system; oversee non‑conformity tracking, corrective & preventive actions; audit internal processes.
- Implement environmental strategies; monitor legal requirements; execute waste‑reduction and resource‑efficiency initiatives.
- Train, support, and supervise a quality technician; coordinate the QSE agenda with process and production teams.
- Collect and analyze QSE indicators; deliver periodic reporting to senior management.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, driving cross‑functional improvement projects and sustaining QSE momentum on the shop floor.
**Required Skills**
- Industrial safety & risk assessment (DUERP, hazard analysis).
- Quality system management (ISO 9001, audit execution).
- Environmental regulations (ISO 14001, waste‑management).
- Incident investigation, near‑miss analysis, TMS prevention.
- Training & communication; stakeholder engagement.
- Project management, data analysis, reporting.
- Proactive improvement mindset; ability to influence and coach.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree (Bac + 3) or Master’s (Bac + 5) in QSE, HSE, Industrial Safety, or equivalent.
- Professional certifications in HSE (e.g., COSHH, CGH2, OHSAS 18001) and quality systems (ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, ISO 14001 Lead Implementer) preferred.
