**Job title:** Senior Product Marketing Executive **Role Summary:** Drive end-to-end product marketing for digital and physical offerings in the education sector. Develop data‑driven strategies, compelling content, and lifecycle campaigns that increase product awareness, adoption, and customer engagement across global markets. Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, design, engineering, and sales teams to translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans. **Expactations:** - Deliver measurable marketing ROI through continuous analysis and optimisation. - Lead the creation of integrated campaigns that align with overall business goals. - Maintain deep product knowledge and customer insight to position offerings effectively. - Demonstrate strong stakeholder communication and influence across senior leaders. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define and execute product marketing strategy and annual plans. - Produce engaging content: website copy, product pages, blogs, deck creation, and messaging frameworks. - Design and maintain customer journey maps, lifecycle and re‑engagement programs, and follow‑up sequences. - Analyse campaign performance, segment results (e.g., RFM), and recommend actionable improvements. - Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to shape product positioning and messaging. - Share insights and performance metrics with key stakeholders and adjust strategy accordingly. - Monitor market and education tech trends, recommending new engagement initiatives. **Required Skills:** - 3+ years product marketing experience with both digital and physical products. - Proven success in integrated marketing campaign execution and lifecycle marketing. - Advanced CRM and lifecycle data analysis (RFM segmentation, cohort analysis). - Expertise in marketing analytics tools and performance measurement. - Strong strategy and data‑driven decision‑making abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to craft clear, persuasive stories. - Project management competence, delivering on time and within scope. - Deep understanding of the education sector and digital marketing landscape. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred). - Relevant certifications (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, Marketing Analytics) are a plus.
