Job title: Acturis Support Leader Role Summary: Lead a team of 3 Support Officers to deliver efficient, 2nd‑line support for the Acturis platform. Manage daily support tickets, ensure resolution within service levels, and drive improvements in configuration and functionality to support broader retail operations.
