Job title: Executive Director, HR Business Partner
Role Summary:
Lead strategic HR partnership for Creative, Brand, and Marketing divisions, aligning people strategy with business objectives. Drive organization design, talent planning, succession, and executive coaching to support rapid global expansion and high‑performance culture.
Expectations:
- Deliver end‑to‑end HR strategy across the organization.
- Partner with senior leaders on talent, culture, and change initiatives.
- Influence hiring, development, and workforce analytics to achieve measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior executives to set people strategy, long‑range planning, and organizational priorities.
- Lead organizational design, role architecture, and capability planning for scale.
- Drive talent planning, succession management, and leadership development pipelines.
- Coach and mentor senior leaders, enhancing decision‑making and team effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Center of Excellence teams (Talent Acquisition, L&D, Total Rewards, People Operations, Analytics) on talent priorities, hiring, and performance enablement.
- Use people analytics to identify risks, inform decisions, and measure program impact.
- Implement performance management, continuous feedback, and recognition initiatives.
- Lead DEI integration and inclusion initiatives across regions.
- Manage complex employee relations and ensure compliance with global labor standards.
- Lead organizational change initiatives, including new operating models and integrations.
Required Skills:
- 12+ years of progressive HRBP or HR leadership in high‑growth, global, brand‑driven environments.
- Expertise in org design, talent planning, and scaling teams.
- Proven experience coaching senior executives.
- Strong business acumen, high learning agility, resilience, and EQ.
- Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and stakeholder management.
- Ability to translate strategy into actionable people priorities across regions.
- Familiarity with HR platforms (e.g., HiBob, Greenhouse).
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Professional HR certification (SHRM‑SP, SPHR, HRCI, or equivalent) strongly preferred.
