**Role Summary**
Lead the strategy, design, and delivery of enterprise‑focused product features for a work‑management platform. Own the roadmap, collaborate closely with engineering, design, research, and business functions, and drive cross‑functional execution to launch high‑impact releases for millions of teams.
**Expectations**
- Own end‑to‑end product lifecycle from concept to launch and iteration for enterprise customers.
- Define clear, data‑driven goals and translate them into actionable roadmaps.
- Maintain a holistic view of product, data, and user experience while translating complex data models into intuitive interfaces.
- Mentor junior PMs, foster collaboration across teams, and champion product best practices.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Develop and communicate a compelling enterprise roadmap that balances customer needs, compliance, and business priorities.
2. Partner with Product Design to deliver a simple, intuitive enterprise experience that supports complex data visualizations and workflows.
3. Create product strategy, prioritize initiatives, and break them into MVPs and iterative releases with measurable impact.
4. Use data analytics to set goals, measure success, and inform product decisions.
5. Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Experience Research, and Data Science to execute on roadmap with high velocity.
6. Conduct customer persona analysis, synthesize research findings, and define product problems.
7. Write clear product specifications, run deep technical discussions, and guide user flow design.
8. Mentor and elevate PM processes within the team, fostering a culture of curiosity and continuous improvement.
**Required Skills**
- 4+ years of product management experience, preferably with B2B, enterprise, or complex data‑driven platforms.
- Strong systems thinking: ability to model data relationships and translate them into user flows.
- Expertise in human‑centric UX, visualizations, and enterprise compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical skills, data‑driven decision making, and ability to set measurable goals.
- Proven ability to own product strategy, roadmap, and launch high‑velocity releases.
- Effective communication: clear product specs, stakeholder alignment, and persuasive storytelling.
- Mentoring mindset and experience leading cross‑functional collaboration.
- Curiosity about AI and emerging technologies, with willingness to explore their application.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Design, or related field.
- Product Management certifications (e.g., Pragmatic Institute, Certified Scrum Product Owner) preferred but not required.
