Job Title: Applications Support Analyst Role Summary: Provide comprehensive support and administration for enterprise HR, payroll, and business systems, ensuring optimal operation, user satisfaction, and continuous improvement. Expectations: Deliver timely incident resolution, contribute to system enhancements, and demonstrate strong customer‑centric service. Advance technical and managerial capabilities within application support and configuration management. Key Responsibilities: • Administer and support Workday, Neon, SAP, xFlow, and in‑house ITSM platform. • Conduct system checks, monitoring, and network scanning. • Resolve helpdesk queries and incidents across supported systems. • Test and roll out updates, enhancements, integrations, and configuration changes. • Identify and implement opportunities for automation, system improvements, and process efficiencies. Required Skills: • Experience with HRIS/ERP platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP) or equivalent. • Knowledge of configuration management principles. • Proficiency with ITSM tools (SolarWinds, other enterprise CRM/ITSM systems). • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving abilities. • Excellent verbal and written communication with customer‑service focus.
