**Job Title:** Data Analyst, Panels Performance & Business Intelligence **Role Summary:** Data Analyst responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and productionizing analytical and machine‑learning models that support panel performance and business intelligence. Works cross‑functionally with global delivery centres, software engineering, and technology teams to deliver reliable data products, generate actionable insights, and enhance the panel solutions infrastructure. **Expectations:** - Ensure stable day‑to‑day operation of existing models. - Identify model weaknesses and implement improvements. - Translate technical results for non‑technical stakeholders. - Collaborate globally and adhere to MLOps and ETL best practices. **Key Responsibilities:** - Maintain and optimise production models; monitor performance. - Analyse model outputs, diagnose issues, and propose enhancements. - Partner with Global Delivery Centres to deploy models and meet BI requirements. - Work with software and technology teams to build/maintain core panel infrastructure. - Conduct statistical and exploratory data analyses to derive insights. - Prototype machine‑learning algorithms and support their operationalisation. - Develop data pipelines using ETL tools (e.g., DBT). - Create visualisations and reports (PowerBI, Microsoft Fabric). - Communicate findings clearly to business audiences. **Required Skills:** - Proficient in SQL and at least one analytical language (Python, R, or Scala). - Strong problem‑solving, analytical thinking, and curiosity. - Familiarity with ML fundamentals, MLOps concepts, and statistical techniques (regression, clustering, Bayesian methods). - Experience with ETL tools, preferably DBT. - Ability to convey technical information to non‑technical stakeholders. - Collaborative mindset for cross‑functional, global teamwork. - Exposure to cloud services (AWS, EC2, S3, Redshift, DigitalOcean) is a plus. - Experience with PowerBI and Microsoft Fabric; knowledge of statistical computing (MATLAB) advantageous. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s (BEng) or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field. - No specific certifications required; demonstrated expertise in data analysis, statistics, and machine learning is essential.
