Job title: Marketing Executive
Role Summary
Execution of digital marketing strategy across email, paid search, display, SEO, and social media to drive lead generation and client retention. Collaborates with Head of Marketing and cross‑functional teams to create, test, optimize, and report on multi‑channel campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand voice and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan, launch, and optimize paid search (PPC), display, SEO, and social media campaigns.
* Design, test, and refine email marketing initiatives to improve engagement and conversion.
* Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools; produce insights and recommendations.
* Develop and automate client communication workflows, ensuring consistent, personalized touchpoints.
* Support marketing technology integration (CRM, marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Pardot, Salesforce, or Marketo).
* Manage asset approvals, timelines, and quality control for campaign deliverables.
* Liaise with agencies, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and delivery.
Required Skills
* Hands‑on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools, and marketing automation platforms.
* Knowledge of paid, owned, and earned digital channels and how they interoperate.
* Email marketing and PPC campaign implementation experience.
* Data segmentation, database management, and reporting proficiency.
* Strong written communication, accuracy, and attention to detail.
* Project management, organization, and proactive problem‑solving.
* Collaborative attitude and willingness to learn from senior team members.
Required Education & Certifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
* Professional certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot or equivalent preferred.
