Job Description
Job Title: Data Quality Specialist Role Summary: Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of a comprehensive data quality framework to ensure regulatory compliance with ACPR and Solvency II, safeguarding data integrity, availability, and consistency across the organization. Expectations: Deliver results through cross‑functional collaboration, project leadership, and change management. Demonstrate proven experience in IT stakeholder and vendor management, Agile Scrum or equivalent, and operational excellence practices. Possess strong communication, relationship‑building, and training abilities, with awareness of applicable labor laws. Key Responsibilities: • Build and operationalize a data quality framework aligned with Solvency II and ACPR guidance. • Define data quality standards, controls, monitoring metrics, and remediation procedures. • Assess data for errors, duplicates, and missing values; lead cleansing and validation activities. • Support data owners in remediation and continuous improvement initiatives. • Develop and maintain data dictionaries, lineage documentation, and quality reports. • Collaborate with IT and business units on data quality projects and “data by design” initiatives. • Produce regular CDE quality performance metrics and visual dashboards for stakeholders. • Conduct training sessions to raise data quality awareness. Required Skills: • Data governance and quality management expertise. • Knowledge of Solvency II, ACPR, and regulatory reporting requirements. • Proficiency in data cleansing, profiling, and quality monitoring tools. • Experience with Agile Scrum, OPEX, Six Sigma, and project management. • Vendor and stakeholder management. • Strong communication, training, and change‑management skills.
