Sales Operations Administrator (12‑Month Maternity Cover)
**Role Summary**
Provide comprehensive administrative, operational, and sales support to enable the sales team to focus on selling. Serve as the single point of contact between sales, internal functions, and partners, handling order processing, logistics coordination, contract administration, and process improvement.
**Expectations**
- Deliver accurate and timely sales order administration and status updates.
- Facilitate smooth logistics, export, and radiation‑safety compliance.
- Maintain high‑quality documentation and communication with internal teams and customers.
- Continuously improve sales‑support processes to meet performance targets.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Enter and manage sales orders, quotes, and order status.
- Coordinate logistics, including export documentation and radiation‑safety requirements.
- Administer contracts, ensuring timely shipment and installation.
- Respond to sales team inquiries on shipping, literature, and service matters.
- Support RFPs, tenders, and proposal preparation.
- Develop, refine, and implement efficient sales‑support procedures.
- Act as liaison among sales, marketing, technical support, operations, and service groups.
