**Job title**
Platform Solution Manager – Maincare
**Role Summary**
Lead and coordinate the delivery, integration, and ongoing operation of the Maincare platform. Manage a team of Application Leaders, oversee version releases, quality assurance, incident management, and supplier relationships. Ensure alignment with technical architecture, regulatory compliance (RGPD, IT security), and institutional IT strategy.
**Expections**
- Direct management of approximately 6 ETP in application leadership roles.
- Continuous availability of the solution with service level adherence.
- Successful integration into the broader hospital IT ecosystem (CHU, GHT).
- Maintain compliance with public procurement and GDPR regulations.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Team leadership: staff appointments, annual reviews, career planning, performance management.
2. Operational readiness: monitor availability, SLA, user satisfaction metrics.
3. Version control: plan and coordinate application upgrades, validate deliverables, manage change windows.
4. Level‑2 support governance: analyze incident metrics, incident‑to‑problem escalation, crisis management.
5. Reporting: dashboards on uptime, SLA, user satisfaction, and subcontractor quality.
6. Supplier management: negotiate quotes, place orders, audit quality against service agreements.
7. Integration & architecture: ensure solution fits into hospital IT, infrastructure, identity & interoperability layers.
8. Regulatory oversight: enforce GDPR compliance and IT security standards.
9. User engagement: drive user relations, gather and consolidate Requirements, lead user meetings.
10. Crisis management: lead incident escalations and crisis resolution when necessary.
**Required Skills**
- Strong engineering and strategic test‑integration background.
- Proficiency with Windows/Linux servers, SQL‑Server/Oracle databases.
- ITIL/ITSM support processes.
- Quality management in a digital services environment.
- Team facilitation, crisis cell management, stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to prioritize activities, manage multiple crises, and communicate across technical & clinical teams.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Minimum Master’s level (Bac+5) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Equivalent professional experience in a similar lead role is mandatory.
- Certifications in ITIL, Project Management, or Architecture (beneficial but not mandatory).
