Job Description
**Job Title** Internship – Management Control & Data Analyst (AI) (M/F) **Role Summary** Provide support to the Finance Director during the integration of an acquired company, focusing on control of management and data analysis. Implement and refine monitoring tools, collect and verify budget information, prepare performance indicators, and assist in monthly closings, forecasting, and reporting. Conduct data analyses, including AI‑enabled techniques, and act as a technical liaison for future management software. **Expectations** - 6‑month internship, with potential transition to a full‑time role. - Collaborate closely with finance and project teams. - Travel occasionally to different company sites. - Demonstrate self‑initiative, analytical rigor, and confidentiality. **Key Responsibilities** - Design, implement and optimize financial monitoring tools and processes. - Collect, validate, and reconcile budgetary data; support cash‑flow monitoring. - Assist in preparing project and business‑unit performance indicators. - Participate in monthly closings, forecasts, and group reporting updates. - Perform data‑driven analyses, applying AI methods as required. - Serve as a technical bridge for forthcoming management software deployments. - Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure adoption and effective use of tools. **Required Skills** - Strong analytical and synthesis abilities. - Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with AI analytics tools. - Ability to identify, prioritize, and present financial information accurately. - Organizational skills, attention to detail, and independent work ethic. - Excellent communication; discretion and transparency in interactions. **Required Education & Certifications** - Current or imminent enrollment in a business or finance degree program. - No specific certifications required; relevant coursework in finance, accounting, or data analytics is advantageous.
