Job Description
**Job Title** Senior Account Executive **Role Summary** Drive new business acquisition of ERP SaaS solutions across the UK, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. Engage senior stakeholders in finance, operations, and IT to deliver consultative, customized solutions and win new logos. **Expectations** - Attain and exceed quarterly/annual sales quota (basic £70k–90k + OTE). - Build a robust pipeline targeting mid‑market and enterprise accounts. - Close complex deals within a consultative sales framework. **Key Responsibilities** - Identify and qualify prospects across diverse sectors. - Own end‑to‑end sales cycle: discovery, solution design, proposal, negotiation, and close. - Engage senior decision‑makers in finance, operations, and IT. - Collaborate closely with pre‑sales and delivery teams to shape and deliver tailored solutions. - Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline metrics in CRM. - Represent the company at industry events and customer meetings as required. **Required Skills** - Proven record of selling ERP solutions (NetSuite, Sage, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.). - Strong new‑business development and quota‑achievement background. - Experience selling to mid‑market and/or enterprise organizations. - Consultative selling style with ability to handle complex, multi‑stakeholder deals. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and comfortable in a high‑performance environment. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in business, marketing, or sales. - ERP‑related certifications (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) are advantageous but not mandatory.
