Job Title: Senior People Operations Specialist
Role Summary:
Lead end‑to‑end People Operations and global People Programs across multiple countries (France, Germany, Canada, US, South Korea, etc.). Drive scalable, data‑driven HR practices, ensure compliance, optimize HRIS, coordinate performance cycles, manage learning & development, and support executive programs in a fast‑growing deep‑tech environment.
Expectations:
* Deliver seamless employee experience worldwide, ensuring timely onboarding, offboarding, and mobility support.
* Own HRIS administration, data integrity, and reporting; design dashboards and automation to scale operations.
* Coordinate global performance reviews, compensation planning, and engagement initiatives with accurate data.
* Execute and enhance learning & development programs, track budgets, and assess effectiveness.
* Partner with CHRO and cross‑functional stakeholders to shape People strategy and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **People Operations & HR Administration** – manage onboarding/offboarding, contract prep, mobility, compliance, payroll inputs (non‑France), and HRIS data for all regions.
2. **HRIS & Data Management** – administer Lucca, build reports, automate workflows, maintain SOPs, and ensure data reliability for audits.
3. **Performance & People Programs** – orchestrate goal setting, mid‑year/annual reviews, compensation cycles, engagement surveys, and cross‑company initiatives.
4. **Learning & Development** – schedule/tracking global training, coordinate with external providers, manage budgets, and report on training metrics.
Required Skills:
* 7+ years in People Operations, People Programs, or Talent Development.
* Bilingual French & English (professional proficiency).
* Proficient with HRIS (Lucca preferred) and automation tools.
* Strong organizational and data‑analysis capabilities.
* Experience leading performance cycles and training programs.
* Proven process‑improvement and change‑management skills.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and service orientation.
* Ability to thrive in a multicultural, multi‑site, high‑velocity environment.
Required Education & Certifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* Preferred certifications: SHRM‑SCP, HRCI SPHR, or equivalent.
