**Job Title**
Product Manager – Two‑Wheel Vehicles
**Role Summary**
Own and develop the two‑wheel vehicle product portfolio for private‑sectors. Act as project lead for new product launches, enhancements, and commercial offers, ensuring alignment with market needs, regulatory compliance, and business objectives. Collaborate cross‑functionally with distribution partners, underwriters, actuaries, claims, IT, marketing, and training teams to deliver market‑ready solutions and sustain competitive advantage.
**Expectations**
- Deliver a profitable, customer‑centric product suite for motorcycles, scooters, and other two‑wheel vehicles.
- Lead end‑to‑end product development and launch cycles.
- Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, and product performance to guide strategy.
- Maintain compliance with legal, technical, and corporate policies.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer needs assessment to define product direction.
2. Design, scope, and implement product specifications, underwriting guidelines, pricing, and commercial collateral (sales tools, training materials, communication assets).
3. Coordinate product development across underwriting, actuarial, claims, IT, marketing, and training functions.
4. Oversee product launch, monitor portfolio performance, and conduct post‑launch reviews for continuous improvement.
5. Manage portfolio evolution to ensure optimal market positioning and profitability.
6. Ensure adherence to regulatory, legal, and corporate processes (including POG compliance).
7. Drive cross‑functional collaboration and secure stakeholder buy‑in.

- Professional experience as a Product Manager, Underwriter, or Claims Manager in two‑wheel vehicle or similar insurance products.
