Job Description
Job Title: CRO Specialist Role Summary: Own and enhance conversion performance for 1–2 e‑commerce brands through systematic experimentation, data analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration to boost conversion rate, average order value, and profitability. Expectations: • Deliver measurable improvements (↑ conversion rate, ↑ AOV, ↑ overall profitability). • Maintain a structured testing roadmap and timely execution of experiments. • Provide clear insights and actionable recommendations to stakeholders. • Operate autonomously while making decisions grounded in data. Key Responsibilities: • Own end‑to‑end Conversion Rate Optimization for assigned e‑commerce brands. • Plan, prioritize, and execute split tests across key pages and funnels. • Analyze user behavior, funnel metrics, and test results to uncover optimization opportunities. • Build hypotheses, design experiments, and document testing roadmap. • Collaborate with designers, developers, and web designers to implement and launch tests. • Monitor experiment performance, iterate, and roll out learnings. • Share findings, recommendations, and performance metrics with stakeholders. Required Skills: • 1–3 years experience running A/B or split tests in e‑commerce. • Deep understanding of CRO metrics, AOV drivers, and profitability levers. • Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Segment, etc.) and experiment platforms. • Strong data‑driven decision‑making and hypothesis formulation. • Experience working with design and development teams to execute changes. • Self‑motivated ownership mindset with the ability to make performance‑based decisions. • Excellent written and verbal communication. Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or related field (preferred). • Certifications in Digital Marketing, CRO, or Data Analytics are a plus.
