Job Description
Job Title: Commercial Director – Construction Role Summary: Lead the commercial strategy and portfolio development for construction services in the PACA region, driving revenue growth and client satisfaction for construction and technical services. Expectations: - Own commercial strategy for construction disciplines. - Generate new business and strengthen existing client relationships. - Achieve the region’s sales targets and profitability goals. Key Responsibilities: - Define and execute the regional commercial strategy and action plans. - Negotiate and close framework agreements, contract agreements, and referral agreements. - Conduct client visits, gather requirements, and create detailed proposals in Salesforce. - Draft and price offers in collaboration with operational teams. - Manage proposal compliance, bid preparation, and risk assessment. - Maintain regular communication and follow‑up with private and public sector clients. - Travel within the PACA region as required. Required Skills: - Deep knowledge of Construction Technical Control (CTC) and Construction Safety and Health Coordination (CSPS). - Proven B2B sales experience selling technical services and manpower. - Strong proposal writing, pricing, and tender management skills. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and resilience in client relationship management. - Ability to adapt to changing client needs from sales to delivery. - Proficiency in Salesforce and standard office software. Required Education & Certifications: - Minimum Bac+4 (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in engineering, construction, or related field. - 5+ years experience in a construction control or consulting firm, ideally with CTC exposure. - Valid driver’s license (Category B).
