**Job Title**: Expert Scrum Master
**Role Summary**:
Act as an agile change‑agent and facilitator for product and engineering teams in a technology consulting environment. Enable teams to adopt and continuously improve Scrum, product discovery, and delivery practices across multiple domains (energy, public sector, transport, etc.).
**Expectations**:
- Lead the transition to higher agility and value delivery for teams, individuals, and the broader organization.
- Mentor and coach teams on Scrum roles, artefacts, ceremonies, and product‑management tools.
- Assess and enhance team performance, product discovery, and delivery efficiency.
- Support scaling frameworks (SAFe, Spotify, Nexus, Scrum at Scale) when required.
- Promote an agile mindset, continuous improvement, and stakeholder engagement.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Coach and facilitate Scrum teams, ensuring proper execution of Scrum events and artefacts.
2. Mentor individual team members and leaders on agile practices, product ownership, and continuous improvement.
3. Conduct workshops, retrospectives, training sessions, and mentoring to enhance team effectiveness.
4. Identify organizational and relational bottlenecks, providing actionable improvement levers.
5. Support end‑to‑end product discovery and delivery cycles, improving quality and speed.
6. Participate in scaling agile initiatives (SAFe, Nexus, etc.) and adapt frameworks to context.
7. Contribute to the community of practice: share insights, lead internal sessions, and support professional development.
8. Aid in business development: package service offerings, participate in pitches and RFP responses.
9. Engage in recruitment and talent development within the agile practice.
**Required Skills**:
- Deep mastery of the Scrum Guide (roles, events, artefacts).
- Proven experience coaching Scrum teams, product owners, and product management processes.
- Knowledge of additional agile and lean methods (Kanban, XP, DevOps, CI/CD).
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict‑resolution skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship‑building.
- Analytical mindset with data‑driven improvement focus.
- Adaptability, autonomy, and a collaborative team spirit.
**Required Education & Certifications**:
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in agile roles.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac+5) in engineering, computer science, business, or an equivalent field.
- Valid Scrum Master certifications (PSM I/II, CSM, SAFe Scrum Master, etc.) preferred but not mandatory.
