Marketing Operations Manager
**Role Summary:**
Coordinate, track, and report on all global marketing initiatives. Own the marketing calendar, manage Jira intake, streamline processes, build dashboards, and facilitate cross‑functional alignment to ensure timely delivery of campaigns, launches, and events.
**Expactations:**
- 4–6 years of experience in marketing operations, integrated planning, or project management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects with changing priorities.
- Hands‑on experience with Jira (or equivalent).
- Strong documentation, reporting, and communication skills.
- Comfortable working cross‑functionally with creative, product, and business teams.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Act as “air traffic controller” for all marketing activity, ensuring alignment, tracking, and delivery.
- Own and maintain the global marketing calendar covering product launches, events, partner activations, and content campaigns.
- Manage Jira intake: create streamlined processes for requests, approvals, and progress tracking.
- Document project plans, deliverables, and key decisions; share timely updates with stakeholders.
- Track execution across all deliverables, ensuring deadlines and dependencies are met.
- Build dashboards and reports to share campaign performance, project status, and resource allocation with leadership.
- Coordinate across Marketing, Product, Business Development, and external stakeholders to align priorities and timelines.
- Establish operating rhythms (weekly status updates, campaign trackers, reporting cadences) to keep leadership and teams aligned.
**Required Skills:**
- Project management and integrated planning.
- Jira (or similar) administration and workflow creation.
- Calendar management and scheduling at a global scale.
- Dashboard creation and data visualization (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

**Required Education & Certifications:**
