Job Description: **Job title:** Lead AI Exploration **Role Summary:** Lead the AI Exploration team to drive product innovation through AI prototyping. Define and execute the AI prototyping roadmap, translate business needs into technical solutions, and deliver high‑impact MVPs. Act as the primary liaison between product, technology, and business units while fostering a culture of creativity and rigorous product impact. **Expectations:** - Provide strategic direction for AI prototyping aligned with product and market goals. - Manage, mentor, and develop a team of prototyping engineers. - Deliver MVPs that demonstrate clear value and pave the way for scalable product features. - Champion AI capabilities across the organization and influence stakeholders without direct authority. - Ensure agile and effective project execution from ideation to validation. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Define and steer the AI prototyping roadmap in close partnership with Product Managers. 2. Lead, coach, and grow a team of 2+ Prototyping Engineers, fostering creativity and impact. 3. Oversee end‑to‑end prototype lifecycle: ideation, development, coding, testing, and value demonstration. 4. Translate business requirements into concrete technical designs and coordinate with technical teams for feasibility and future industrialization. 5. Promote AI value internally through presentations, demos, and stakeholder engagement. **Required Skills:** - Proven experience managing R&D/innovation teams (Tech Lead, Technical Product Owner, or similar). - Deep knowledge of current AI and data‑science techniques and tools. - Strong product sense; ability to identify high‑value AI use cases. - Leadership by influence; comfortable guiding experts without hierarchical authority. - Mastery of agile methodologies and innovation project management. - Hands‑on development expertise in Python. - Solid understanding of cloud architecture, preferably AWS. - Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration. - Professional fluency in English (written and spoken). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field (Master’s or PhD preferred). - Relevant AI/ML certifications (e.g., AWS Machine Learning Specialty, Coursera/edX AI specialization) are a plus.
