**Job Title** Software Component Migration to API/REST **Role Summary** Assist in migrating legacy component modules from RMI to RESTful APIs within a large enterprise software system. Analyze existing communication protocols between Java components, redesign them using REST principles, and define new API contracts while preserving business logic. Refactor at least one utility module to replace RMI calls with Arcsys REST APIs. 2. Analyze the current RMI-based communication between the engine and application agent. 3. Design and implement the REST equivalents, including API specifications from scratch. 4. Map and preserve business logic in the new API design. 5. Collaborate with teammates using Java, REST, Git, and (if applicable) RMI. 6.
