Job Description
Job title: User Acquisition (UA) Manager – 6‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract Role Summary: Oversee large‑scale mobile advertising campaigns for multiple high‑grossing IAP games, managing multi‑million‑$ monthly budgets. Responsible for creative optimisation, budget allocation, ROI measurement and strategy execution across SDK ad networks, social and programmatic platforms. Coordinate closely with product, design and senior stakeholders to launch new titles and maintain live products at scale. Expactations: - Deliver acquisition metrics that meet or exceed campaign goals and budget constraints. - Continuously analyse performance data to identify and implement optimisation opportunities. - Maintain rigorous documentation of spend, results, and corrective actions. - Represent the studio at industry events and communicate insights to internal teams. Key Responsibilities: - Lead user acquisition strategy and performance‑based media buying on SDK ad networks, social and programmatic platforms. - Manage and forecast multi‑million‑$ budgets, ensuring cost‑effective spend. - Work closely with product, senior stakeholders and network account managers to align acquisition initiatives with game objectives. - Conduct thorough analysis and collaborate with the in‑house design team on new creative concepts. - Identify, evaluate and launch new partner and platform opportunities. - Drive inter‑departmental projects that deliver innovative solutions and business performance improvements. - Monitor industry trends, best practices and competitor activity to inform strategy adjustments. - Represent the studio at international conferences and events. Required Skills: - Proven experience managing mobile ad network campaigns with KPI‑driven analysis. - Expertise in mobile user acquisition for free‑to‑play and IAP games, maintaining multiple live products at scale. - Deep knowledge of third‑party tools (MMPs, market research platforms, ad networks). - Strong analytical skills, metric‑driven decision making. - Expert proficiency in Excel (V‑LOOKUP, pivot tables). - Excellent organisational and detail‑orientation. - Effective communication across cross‑functional teams. - Bonus: SQL knowledge, experience with mobile gaming and free‑to‑play ecosystems. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics or related field. - Relevant certifications in digital marketing, data analysis or mobile advertising preferred.
