Job Description

**Job title** Software Engineer **Role Summary** Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable, high‑performance features for a cloud‑based resource management platform. Work across a .NET (Framework and Core) and Vue.js stack, collaborating with product, implementation, and other engineering teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions. **Expactations** * 3+ years of professional software development experience. * Proficiency in either back‑end C# or front‑end JavaScript, with demonstrable cross‑stack experience. * Strong commitment to code quality, automated testing, and continuous improvement. * Agile mindset; ability to contribute to sprint planning, retrospectives, and iterative releases. **Key Responsibilities** * Implement new features and enhancements following product roadmaps. * Refactor and optimize existing code for scalability, performance, and maintainability. * Participate in full feature life cycle: concept, design, coding, testing, deployment, and post‑release support. * Write and maintain unit, integration, and end‑to‑end tests. * Engage with cross‑functional teams to clarify requirements and provide technical guidance. * Conduct code reviews, mentor peers, and promote knowledge sharing. * Identify, isolate, and resolve bugs using intuition and diagnostic skills. **Required Skills** * C# (.NET Framework / .NET Core) development. * JavaScript (Vue.js) front‑end development. * Experience with automated testing frameworks (xUnit, NUnit, Jest, etc.). * Familiarity with Azure Service Bus, message queuing, and Azure cloud services (preferred). * SQL Server database experience (preferred). * Strong problem‑solving, debugging, and analytical skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication. * Self‑motivated learner, open to challenging assumptions and proposing improvements. **Required Education & Certifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent professional experience acceptable.
