Job Description
**Job Title** Enterprise Account Executive – Nordics **Role Summary** Lead the pursuit and closing of new enterprise accounts in the Nordics (revenue > €750 M). Act as a trusted advisor to CFOs and Controllers, articulating ROI for BlackLine’s cloud financial close solutions. Manage the entire sales cycle, build strategic territory plans, and leverage the partnership with SAP to target key accounts. **Expectations** - Consistently exceed sales quotas and revenue targets. - Deliver a predictable pipeline that meets or surpasses forecast. - Own end‑to‑end account planning and execution. - Engage C‑suite stakeholders across IT and finance. - Travel within the Nordics to meet prospects and close deals. **Key Responsibilities** - Architect and execute territory plans to penetrate new enterprise accounts. - Drive prospecting, discovery, negotiation, and contract finalization independently. - Build and lead virtual teams (Marketing, BD, Pre‑Sales, Value Engineering) to deliver a world‑class customer experience. - Develop ROI stories that align BlackLine solutions with customers’ critical financial initiatives. - Maintain meticulous records and pipeline visibility in Salesforce. - Translate strategic activities into predictable sales results and quota attainment. **Required Skills** - Proven top‑performing SaaS enterprise sales record. - Experience selling to C‑suite, navigating both IT and business units. - Strong account planning, time management, and prioritization ability. - Excellent verbal and written communication. - Ability to build trust, influence decision‑makers, and foster partnerships. - Comfortable with high travel and working cross‑functionally. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience). - No specific certifications required, but familiarity with Salesforce and SaaS metrics is essential.
