**Job Title**
Application Integrator (F/M)
**Role Summary**
Execute technical integration of new software solutions across the organization, streamline data flows between applications, and support Level‑2 application maintenance. Leverage no‑code/low‑code platforms to accelerate deployments, produce and maintain technical documentation, and contribute to ongoing system evolution.
**Expectations**
* Minimum 2 years of application or data integration experience (or equivalent apprenticeship).
* Strong data‑centric mindset with proficiency in relational database design, SQL, and data flow architectures.
* Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams, challenge ideas, and communicate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
* Hands‑on experience with low‑code solutions and automation tools.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Design and implement technical integrations for new applications, collaborating with business units.
2. Develop, optimize, and maintain ETL pipelines and data‑flow solutions, ensuring high data quality and integrity.
3. Utilize no‑code/low‑code platforms to deploy and customize internal applications.
4. Provide Level‑2 application support: diagnose incidents, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
5. Produce and update technical documentation (operating procedures, reference guides, SOPs).
6. Participate in the continuous improvement of the application architecture and contribute to IT system evolution projects.
**Required Skills**
* Databases & SQL: query design, optimization, data integrity.
* ETL & data integration tools for extraction, transformation, loading.
* API integration: REST, SOAP, JSON, XML.
* Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Superset) or equivalent market experience.
* Programming: Python for data processing, PowerShell for automation.
* Operating systems: Linux, Windows Server.
* IT project management: scoping, specification, testing, production deployment.
* Level‑2 application support (diagnostics, incident resolution).
* Technical documentation writing.
* Strong communication with business stakeholders.
* Continuous improvement mindset: automation and process optimization.
**Required Education & Certifications**
* Bachelor’s (Bac‑+3) to Master’s (Bac‑+5) degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, MIAGE, or related field.
* Engineer degree with data / applications specialization preferred.
* Relevant certifications (e.g., database, ETL, BI) are advantageous but not mandatory.
