Job Description
**Job title** Project Manager – Infrastructure and Cybersecurity **Role Summary** Lead cross‑functional delivery of large, multi‑national technology and cybersecurity projects. Manage end‑to‑end project lifecycle, from scope and planning to execution, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, security standards, and regulatory requirements. **Expectations** - 7+ years project management in financial services or regulated IT environments. - Proven ability to deliver complex infrastructure and cybersecurity initiatives on time and within budget. - Strong collaboration across global, cross‑functional teams with clear communication to technical and business stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** - Define scope, objectives, deliverables, schedules, budgets, and resource plans. - Lead and oversee project execution of hosting platform transitions, network modernization, EUC upgrades, and cybersecurity control deployments. - Manage risks, dependencies, issues; develop mitigation plans and keep project on track. - Ensure compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, and other security frameworks; align projects to enterprise architecture. - Prepare executive‑level reporting, dashboards, steering‑committee updates, and presentations. - Drive change management, training, and adoption activities to ensure successful end‑user acceptance. - Support hybrid delivery models (Agile, Waterfall) and manage project documentation and configuration control. **Required Skills** - Project management tools: Smartsheet, MS Project, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps. - Technical knowledge: LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls; VMware, Nutanix, cloud platforms; DaaS, Windows 365, device lifecycle. - Understanding of IT Service Management (CMDB, change frameworks). - Cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001) and data operations. - Strong communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and cross‑cultural collaboration. - Ability to manage global, distributed project teams. **Required Education & Certifications** - PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification (preferred). - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
