**Job title**: Commercial Engineer (Sales Engineer)
**Role Summary**
Drive business development and client relationship management for a digital services firm. Collaborate with sales, pre‑sales, and recruitment teams to secure and grow key accounts, deliver tailored solutions, and support project execution.
**Expectations**
- Grow revenue by prospecting, qualifying opportunities, and developing targeted campaigns.
- Manage bid responses, analyze client needs, and propose appropriate commercial and technical solutions.
- Maintain and expand a portfolio of strategic accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and lifecycle participation.
- Support partners, subcontractors, and internal teams during project execution.
- Collaborate with HR/recruitment on consultant placement, integration, and professional development.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct market research, identify new prospects, and initiate business opportunities.
- Draft and deliver comprehensive proposals and presentations.
- Coordinate with pre‑sales, technical, and commercial teams to shape end‑to‑end offers.
- Serve as primary contact for strategic accounts: run account reviews, report on performance, and pursue expansion opportunities.
- Monitor consultants on assignment: site visits, activity tracking, training needs, and annual reviews.
- Liaise with recruitment for filling consultant vacancies and supporting HR processes.
- Manage partner and subcontractor relationships, ensuring alignment with project deliverables.

**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (minimum Bac+5) in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a comparable role (pre‑sales, sales engineering, or commercial engineering).
- Knowledge of IT service ecosystem and ESN technical-commercial challenges.
