**Job Title** Data Business Analyst – InfoSec & Regulatory Risk **Role Summary** Analyze, define, and document audit‑ and regulatory‑data requirements for a centralised data audit platform. Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and InfoSec stakeholders to transform compliance mandates into data solutions, ensuring governance, access, and reporting meet regulatory standards. **Expectations** - Deliver clear data specifications that satisfy audit and regulatory needs. - Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring platform delivers compliant, secure data access. - Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of relevant regulations and audit frameworks. **Key Responsibilities** - Partner with Legal, Compliance, and InfoSec to elicit regulatory & audit data requirements. - Specify data elements, quality rules, and reporting structures necessary for audit compliance. - Document business and technical requirements for the data platform. - Work with engineers, data architects, and security teams to validate platform design meets stakeholder access and consumption needs. - Support development and deployment of a centralised data environment for audit purposes. **Required Skills** - 3+ years as a Data Business Analyst on data platform projects. - Experience with regulated data environments (legal, compliance, risk, or InfoSec). - Strong knowledge of regulatory & audit data requirements and frameworks. - Ability to translate complex compliance mandates into actionable data specifications. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. - Familiarity with modern data technologies (data warehouses, lakehouses, ETL, data governance tools). **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field. - Certifications such as Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), or equivalent preferred but not mandatory.
