**Job Title** Global Strategic Account Director **Role Summary** Drive profitable growth and margin expansion for Cytiva’s largest global accounts. Own end‑to‑end account strategy, build executive‑level relationships, negotiate complex contracts, and coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that align with customer needs and market trends. **Expectations** - 10+ years in life sciences, biotechnology, or biopharmaceuticals. - Proven senior‑level sales experience with a record of exceeding revenue and margin targets. - Executive presence and ability to influence C‑suite stakeholders. - Strong negotiation and problem‑solving skills in a multi‑cultural, global environment. - Willingness to travel up to 50 % (overnight, international, air). - Valid driver’s license with acceptable record. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Develop and execute account growth plans for assigned territories, targeting volume and margin objectives. 2. Build and sustain strategic relationships with C‑suite and key decision makers, positioning Cytiva as a trusted partner. 3. Lead executive‑level interactions, including presentations, negotiations, and contract finalization. 4. Coordinate cross‑functional resources (R&D, marketing, technical services) to craft comprehensive, portfolio‑wide solutions. 5.
