**Job Title:** Account Executive, Commercial **Role Summary:** Commercial Account Executive responsible for acquiring new clients and driving net‑new revenue in North America. Focus on selling recurring software and professional services to large enterprises (up to $1B revenue). Owns end‑to‑end sales cycle, builds pipeline, and collaborates with cross‑functional teams to deliver tailored solutions. **Expectations:** - Meet or exceed quarterly and annual net‑new revenue targets. - Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date opportunity records in CRM for forecasting. - Travel up to 30% to meet senior decision‑makers and C‑suite executives. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. New Business Development – Identify, engage, and close new client opportunities. 2. Territory Management – Create and execute strategic account plans for assigned territory. 3. Sales Lifecycle Ownership – Prospect, qualify, pitch, negotiate contracts, and close deals. 4. Stakeholder Engagement – Build relationships with C‑suite and key influencers. 5. Performance Management – Consistently achieve sales quotas and maintain pipeline health. **Required Skills:** - 3+ years selling recurring software & professional services to large enterprises. - Proven new‑logo acquisition and net‑new revenue generation. - Expertise in prospecting, qualification, proposal creation, and contract negotiation. - Experience using MEDPICC, Sandler, or SPICED sales methodologies. - Strong cross‑functional collaboration and executive‑level presentation skills. - Self‑motivated, independent, and capable of managing multiple initiatives. - Proficiency with CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools (e.g., Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. - Certified sales methodology training (MEDPICC, Sandler, or SPICED).
