Job Description

Job Title: ServiceNow Developer Role Summary: Design, develop, and support low‑code/no‑code solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Translate client IT requirements into scalable architectural patterns, application designs, and implementation best practices, delivering production‑ready solutions that accelerate cloud modernization and reduce development costs. Expectations: - Minimal-code programming with JavaScript, HTML, CSS. - Build and maintain ServiceNow applications, scripts, and integrations. - Adhere to ITIL processes, Agile methodology, and requirements management. - Provide expert guidance to clients and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and customize ServiceNow modules, including UI/UX scripts and HRSD features. - Create and manage integrations via REST, SOAP, and third‑party APIs. - Perform configuration, testing, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions in production. - Maintain clear documentation of design decisions, requirements, and code. - Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, architecture, and security teams. Required Skills: - 2+ years of JavaScript development, 1+ year of HTML/CSS. - Proficiency with ServiceNow development tools, modules, and configuration. - Knowledge of ServiceNow System Admin role functions. - Understanding of ITIL processes and Agile development practices. - SQL experience (1+ year) preferred. - Strong verbal and written communication, problem‑solving, critical thinking. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. - TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required. - ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or ServiceNow CIS – Human Resources Certification preferred.
