Job Description

**Job Title:** eCom Key Account Manager **Role Summary:** Lead end‑to‑end e‑commerce growth for all Benelux retailers. Drive sales acceleration, set and manage digital marketing, MVC, and conversion strategies. Own P&L, analytics, and reporting to achieve turnover, market share, and profitability targets. **Expactations:** - Increase e‑commerce revenue and market share in the Benelux above retailer averages. - Deliver actionable monthly P&L and performance reports to senior management. - Translate data into performance‑improving plans and ROI‑optimized media spend. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. Own commercial development and management of virtual pure players and omni‑channel retailers. 2. Design and execute retailer media advertising and SEO/SEM strategies. 3. Prepare monthly e‑commerce review, including action plans, for senior leadership. 4. Monitor competition, visual merchandising, and key account trends. 5. Collaborate with digital business team on global initiatives and ideas. 6. Build, manage, and execute the annual joint e‑business plan across retailers. 7. Define and control digital COOP budgets to maximize ROI. 8. Optimize online trading, conversion, and average order value on retailer sites. 9. Provide actionable insights to Key Account Managers on online developments. 10. Coach and develop the e‑business executive team. **Required Skills:** - 4+ years e‑commerce/digital experience with retailers, marketplaces, or DTC. - Prior Sales, Key Account Management, or Business Development background. - Proficiency in SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and advanced Excel. - Strong analytical ability and data‑driven decision making. - Bilingual in English and/or French; Dutch is a plus. - Willingness to travel within the Benelux. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or related field. - Relevant e‑commerce or digital marketing certifications preferred but not mandatory.
