Job title: Learning and Professional Development Facilitator Role Summary: Support and lead the Nursing and AHP learning strategy within the Trust, coordinating development, delivery, and evaluation of workforce transformation and education initiatives. **Job Title:** Registered Nurse Degree Apprentice – Band 4 progressing to Band 5 **Role Summary:** A structured apprenticeship program designed for internal Registered Nursing Associates to advance to full Registered Nurse (RN) status.
