Expectations: Deliver measurable increase in online revenue and conversion rates; manage cross‑functional and external agency relationships; provide data‑driven insights to inform business decisions. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute end‑to‑end promotional activities aligned with marketing and trade calendars. • Manage website content, updates, and user experience across desktop and mobile platforms. • Analyse sales, conversion, and customer behaviour data to identify performance trends and revenue opportunities. • Oversee CRM initiatives (email, SMS, loyalty programs) and coordinate with internal teams and third‑party agencies. • Conduct regular system checks, including inventory accuracy and test orders, in collaboration with supply‑chain teams. • Produce performance reports and key digital metrics for executive review. • Support the digital roadmap by testing and briefing new e‑commerce functionalities.
