**Job Title:** Professional Service DevOps Engineer
**Role Summary:**
Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines and DevOps platforms for JFrog customers using JFrog tools and modern technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, IaC, cloud services). Serve as a technical liaison between sales, support, and development teams while delivering training and influencing product road‑maps.
**Expectations:**
- Minimum 7 years of hands‑on experience with CI/CD, containerization, and cloud environments.
- Strong customer‑facing abilities and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work on‑site three days per week (London King’s Cross) and remotely the remaining days.
- Continuous learning mindset and active participation in the open‑source community.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design, configure, and deploy end‑to‑end CI/CD pipelines (Docker, NPM, Java, PyPI, etc.) using JFrog Artifactory, Jenkins, Maven, and related tools.
- Integrate binary repositories, distribution mechanisms, and security scanning into customer workflows.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Development to ensure successful customer adoption of JFrog platforms.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for customers and the open‑source community.
- Provide technical guidance on infrastructure (storage, networking, security) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Influence product features and roadmap based on customer feedback.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of DevOps trends, CI/CD technologies, and best practices.
**Required Skills:**
- CI/CD tools: Git, Jenkins, Maven, Artifactory, Docker, NPM, PyPI.
- Configuration management & orchestration: Chef, Puppet, Ansible, Kubernetes.
- Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP (hands‑on).
- Linux administration (mandatory).
- Infrastructure fundamentals: storage, networking, security.
- Strong problem‑solving, architectural design, and product development awareness.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Certified Kubernetes Administrator, Docker Certified Associate) are a plus but not mandatory.
