Job Title: Business Analyst – Salesforce
Role Summary:
Collaborate within an Agile SalesForce squad to translate business requirements into functional Salesforce solutions for the leasing domain. Drive end‑to‑end project delivery, from analysis and design through testing, training, and continuous improvement, ensuring solutions meet organizational goals and adhere to SAFe/Scrum practices.
Expectations:
- Strong stakeholder engagement and clear communication with business and IT leaders.
- Proven ability to manage priorities, deadlines, and budgets in a scaled Agile environment.
- Autonomy in owning discovery, documentation, and solution advocacy while coordinating cross‑functional teams.
- Continuous improvement mindset: identify process gaps and recommend enhancements for efficiency and user adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document functional requirements for Salesforce enhancements in the leasing portfolio.
- Co‑design solutions with technical teams, leveraging Salesforce capabilities and best practices.
- Plan, track, and execute squad projects within SAFe frameworks, ensuring timely delivery.
- Conduct user training, create adoption materials, and provide ongoing technical support.
- Lead test planning, execution, and defect resolution to validate solution performance.
- Collaborate with other squads to manage dependencies, synchronize development, and resolve integration challenges.
- Monitor Salesforce releases, evaluate new features, and advise stakeholders on adoption opportunities.
Required Skills:
- Deep expertise in Salesforce configuration, data modeling, workflow, and automation.
- Proficiency with Agile tools: JIRA, Confluence, Xray (or equivalents).
- Experience in SAFe or large‑scale Scrum environments.
- Excellent facilitation, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Strong analytical, syntheses, and problem‑solving skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication in French and English.
- Knowledge of banking processes; leasing domain exposure a plus.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Analysis, Information Systems, or related field.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator and / or Advanced Administrator.
- Agile certification (e.g., SAFe Agilist or Scrum Master) preferred.
- Business Analysis certification (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is an asset.
