Job Description

**Job Title:** Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer **Role Summary:** Design, develop, and deploy on‑premise and cloud‑based systems to improve performance, security, and operational efficiency. Maintain cloud solutions following best practices, manage data storage, resolve infrastructure vulnerabilities, and support business and IT stakeholders in a fast‑moving, API‑driven telecom environment. **Expectations:** - Reliable, flexible, adaptable, and resilient with high integrity. - Strong communicator: active listening, clear articulation, constructive feedback. - Team‑oriented, accountable, and proactive in contributing to culture and collaboration. - Organized with excellent time‑management, ability to meet deadlines and handle shifting priorities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Modify and enhance existing systems for optimal performance. - Design, develop, and deploy cloud and on‑premise infrastructure solutions. - Maintain cloud environments per security policies and best‑practice standards. - Identify, analyze, and remediate infrastructure and application deployment issues. - Conduct regular system reviews and recommend improvements. - Provide cloud support to IT and business stakeholders; advise on project requirements. - Implement and monitor FinOps controls aligned with budgetary constraints. - Partner with Cyber Security team to uphold and improve operational security. **Required Skills:** - Proven experience developing, implementing, and supporting cloud technologies and applications. - Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure (certification desirable). - Hands‑on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) (certification desirable). - Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, developers, and subject‑matter experts. - Strong problem‑solving and cross‑platform troubleshooting skills. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field **or** equivalent professional experience. - Azure and/or AWS certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are preferred.
