- Maintain backlog accuracy in DevOps and ensure alignment with product roadmap.
- Facilitate continuous improvement of Scrum activities and CRM processes.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Manage incoming enhancement requests and prioritize them against business value and risk.
2. Conduct detailed gap and impact analyses for required CRM features.

4. Maintain and update backlog items in DevOps, ensuring accurate status, priorities, and dependencies.
5. Coordinate with system administrators, product owners, solution architects, and cross‑functional stakeholders.
6. Lead product demonstrations; gather feedback and validate requirements.
7. Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT): create test cases, execute scenarios, record defects, and coordinate remediation.
8. Support scrum ceremonies (sprints, reviews, retrospectives) and drive process improvement for the CRM team.
**Required Skills**
- Strong technical understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
- Experience in business analysis, solution architecture, or product management.
- Proficiency in Salesforce administration, workflow configuration, and integration concepts.
- Demonstrated knowledge of agile methodologies and backlog management (Scrum, Kanban).
- Ability to elicit requirements, facilitate workshops, and translate business language to technical teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Detail‑oriented, analytical, with a problem‑solving mindset.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Professional certification in business analysis, product management, project management, or agile (e.g., CBAP, PMI‑PBA, AIPSM, SCRUM‑PM/SA).
- Salesforce certification (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, CPQ, or related) or experience with a comparable CRM platform is highly desirable.
