Job title: Security Software Developer (Cryptography) Role Summary: Develop secure, high‑performance Java backend services that support cryptographic functions and encryption platforms for a banking client, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Expectations: Deliver secure code, collaborate on threat modeling and risk assessments, and integrate cryptographic solutions into CI/CD pipelines within a regulated banking environment. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain secure Java (8+) backend services. - Implement encryption, digital signing, and key management using JCA/JCE. - Interface with Hardware Security Modules (HSMs) via PKCS#11. - Embed security checks into CI/CD (GitLab) with SAST/SCA tools. - Participate in threat modeling, security reviews, and risk assessments.
