Job Description
**Job Title** Customer Service Coordinator **Role Summary** 12‑month fixed‑term position within the EMEA Supply Chain team. Responsible for managing live customer orders in SAP, ensuring accurate processing, and delivering proactive customer communication while coordinating across logistics, transport, and finance functions. **Expectations** - Deliver timely, error‑free order processing and documentation. - Maintain high service levels with clear, proactive communication. - Work independently and take ownership of problem resolution. - Adapt quickly to a fast‑paced, growing environment. **Key Responsibilities** - Process and manage live customer orders using SAP from receipt to final archive. - Oversee administrative tasks related to order fulfillment. - Communicate proactively with customers regarding order status and issues. - Coordinate and resolve customer issues with Co‑Packers, Transport Management, and Finance. - Collaborate with Operations to analyze order volumes against forecasts and review stock availability. - Maintain accurate documentation throughout the order lifecycle. - Assist Finance with system reconciliation and month‑end closing processes. **Required Skills** - Strong customer service and stakeholder‑management skills. - Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). - Initiative, ownership, and problem‑solving mindset. - Detail‑oriented and tenacious in task completion. - Effective communicator at all organizational levels. - Experience with SAP (preferred). - Background in transport, logistics, or supply‑chain operations (advantageous). **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field. - No mandatory certifications required; SAP, logistics, or supply‑chain knowledge considered an asset.
