Job title: IT Support Engineer
Role Summary: Provide Level 1/Level 2 IT support for end‑users, managing Windows, hardware, software, SCCM/Intune deployments, Azure AD/Active Directory, and basic networking. Resolve tickets via ServiceNow and deliver VIP/executive support onsite.
Expectations:
- Immediate availability or short‑notice join.
- 2–7 years of hands‑on experience in enterprise support environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex systems, maintain service levels, and document solutions.
- Adherence to project, compliance, and security standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver L1/L2 support for Windows OS, hardware, software, printers, industrial scanners, and AV solutions.
2. Perform OS imaging, device setup, and deployments using SCCM/Intune.
3. Manage user accounts, group policies, and Azure AD/Microsoft 365 provisioning.
4. Provide basic network support (LAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN).
5. Create, triage, and close tickets in ServiceNow; maintain accurate records.
6. Deliver VIP/executive support, ensuring high‑quality service.
7. Participate in projects, ensuring compliance, security, and stakeholder communication.
Required Skills:
- Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, and related admin tools.
- ServiceNow ticketing and workflow processes.
- SCCM and Intune deployment & management.
- Windows OS troubleshooting (desktop, laptop, peripherals).
- Basic networking (TCP/IP, LAN/Wi‑Fi, VPN).
- Printer & peripheral device management.
- AV solution and industrial scanner support.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Minimum high‑school diploma; associate or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred.
- Relevant certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified, ITIL Foundation (or equivalent).
